Joy Johnson, who chaired the Young Teens committee while active with NOW has recently returned from her trip to Baghdad. She was there with a Peace Team to give medical aid when needed. Initially, Joy moved to study medicine at Cornell Univ. in Ithaca, NY. She has returned home and is now a research scientist at Duke Medical center. Joy is one of a few Americans (sans reporters) to visit pre-war Baghdad.
